PDF Annotator allows commenting of PDF files one step. The user does not want to print the PDF-document to comment on it. PDF file received for review can be opened in Annotator PDF, commented on a PC with a mouse or a Tablet PC with pen, then saved in PDF format in one step. This saves time and resources.
